The problem I choose was getting down on a childs level to talk to them.
I choose this because I have seen teacher redirect a child from across the room.
When that did that the child did not listen untill they went and talked to them.
I think children need need to be talk to eye to eye. Talking to a child eye
helps understand you seriouse.
